At the Arts Council meeting tomorrow, Monday, Feb. 8, wear your painting clothes because we will be painting and creating! Instruction on how to use the grid system and understanding the value scale in relationship to the mural project will be given. 7pm at the School of the Performing Arts, 914 State St., lower level. (Enter through the North entrance)
